Primary contact for all tournament related questions (phone calls, emails, sms texts).

Setting up event(s): event graphics, rules, standard and event-specific addenda, event details (i.e. locations, schedules, boundaries, restrictions), angler management.

Club membership and angler of the year tracking.

Verification of standings (i.e., Review standings and certify that the amounts awarded comply with the client’s payout schedule, standards, and rules and communication to client when payout results have been validated.)

Oversight of RTM’s judge(s) during the duration of the tournament to include: event and rules orientation, rules clarification, scheduling, monitoring, dispute resolution, monitor disputes submitted for review, investigate and re-solve angler disputes, communicate decisions and take appropriate action, document disputes and resolution for client

If needed, provide to client a standard, foundational set of rules that may be edited or expanded by addendums as needed based on specific tournament structure and circumstances.
